Tom “Failed”

I have an old friend, who thanks to YouTube I’ve been able to reconnect with, at least in a one-sided way over the past year or so. I want to talk about this video he posted a while ago that I just watched today… (I still catching up on a years worth of missed content from when I was living in China – I’ve written blogs about it)

He’s spent the past year or so building his YouTube Channel,  and creating brilliant content. I’ve been watching his videos a lot recently and it’s been really inspiring. It’s all about living life “Out of the Box” and living a life that we can remember and be proud of.

This is our chance right now, to get out there and live the life we want to live.

So while Tom feels like he’s “failing” right now, or failed in this one goal anyway, he makes some really brilliant points here. Only one person can be the best at any one thing, and that’s great and that’s just the way it is, but that means there’s a lot of runners up.

It’s more important for us to be our best version of ourselves.

Ingrid Nilson talked a bit about this kind of topic in the first half of this super inspirational video. (warning – the second half is her telling us about the jewellery collection that goes along with what she’s talking about.)

Anyway back to Tom. I think he makes some brilliant points here. The more we go through in life the stronger we’ll become so long as we don’t let it break us. So Tom’s continued to make videos and he’s been making them at a crazy fast pace so you’ll always have some new inspiration or pick me up when you need it. Or sometimes just something to make you smile.

There’s so much that the world has to offer us and it’s so easy for us to forget that and get stuck in our routines.

Watch the channel, be inspired.
